Tori graduated from Stow-Munroe Falls High School and earned her degree in business management from Kent State University.
In her role, she supports retirement plan participants through every step of the process, from enrollment and beneficiary updates and ongoing account maintenance. She also manages service requests and prepares key documents for client meetings, always striving to make each interaction seamless and supportive.
