Cheryl Holtz

Office Manager

Cheryl is responsible for the day-to-day management of our office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, annual budgets, employee handbook updates, coordination of all inspections and ongoing maintenance. Her duties include organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Before joining our team in 2002, Cheryl worked as a legal secretary for 15 years and as a support staff member for 18 years with Harris Corporation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in professional studies/business from Barry University. For 10 years, Cheryl served as treasurer and director of a local animal rescue group. A Florida native, she lives in Melbourne.

Jillian Beharry

Office Manager

As office manager, Jillian is responsible for the overall management of the firm, as well as the coordination and implementation of firm procedures and policies.

Jillian first joined our team in March of 2017 and became office manager in August 2017. Earlier in her career, she was a tax processor at MBAF, LLC in Miami.

Kimberly Jones

Receptionist

Receptionist Kimberly Jones is the pleasant person you'll first meet when entering the office of Whittaker & Cooper, PA. Kim also answers our incoming lines and helps with varied tasks. The Pennsylvania native graduated from Pottsgrove High School and now lives in Indian Harbor Beach with her dog, Chopper. "Mom" to Dan and Ben, Kim is also a proud grandmother of five who enjoys kayaking. She has hung up her snow skis since moving to the Sunshine State.

Marianne Colandrea

Administrative Specialist

Marianne Colandrea is an Admin Specialist extraordinaire with a background in office management. The native New Yorker has one overachieving goal: to make everything as easy as possible for the client. She believes the more she can do, the better the client experience will be.

Within our tax team, Marianne assembles tax returns, contacts clients when their returns are ready, assists with e-file returns and generally helps the tax preparers as needed. Behind schedule? No problem for Marianne, who likes the challenge of working with tight deadlines. Steady and conscientious, Marianne is a pleasure to talk to and is particularly adept at problem-solving.

Originally from the Big Apple, Marianne is a current resident of Melbourne. She enjoys spending time with family, reading and traveling.
