Jerry Willenborg is the founding partner and managing director at Willenborg Wealth Management, specializing in guiding business owners, high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families through comprehensive wealth planning strategies. His experience spans succession, estate and exit planning strategies, with a strong focus on optimizing personal results and family outcomes.

Jerry is passionate about helping clients navigate complex financial decisions to preserve and grow wealth across generations. By combining strategic insight with a personalized approach, he helps ensure business owners and families achieve clarity, confidence and long-term success.

After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, Jerry worked for 10 years as a municipal fixed income advisor, an experience that still shapes his client strategies today. In 1997, he joined the Raymond James family to provide clients with a more comprehensive and holistic wealth planning experience. Over the years, Jerry has grown from a sole practitioner into the leader of a dynamic team of nine highly skilled professionals.

Jerry stays true to his roots. Born in Miami Shores, Florida, he now calls Weston home, where he lives with his wife, Tricia. Together, they’re proud parents of five children: Erin, Ryan, Cole, Kyle and Rhys. Jerry and Tricia share a love for adventure and have traveled to six of the seven continents. When he’s not working, Jerry enjoys playing a round of golf or relaxing on the sands of St. Augustine Beach, though his real passion is on the tennis court. After a good match, you’ll often find him savoring a glass from his California wine collection, which he considers one of his most valuable assets (after his children, of course).

Giving back: Jerry is deeply committed to supporting the local community through both volunteering and philanthropy. He actively contributes to organizations such as United Way and the Jack and Jill Foundation, which work to eliminate systemic barriers for underserved children and families. In addition to his charitable involvement, Jerry dedicated over 20 years to nonprofit youth soccer programs with Weston FC and AYSO, culminating with the selection of Weston FC as a United States Soccer Federation development academy.
