As a registered client service associate, Jen is committed to providing excellent service to everyone she works with. She aims to be a dependable resource, whether that’s questions regarding a statement, scheduling meetings, or money movement. Jen graduated from Miami University with a degree in Communications and has a background in marketing, project management and customer service. She is adept at organizing everything from large-scale events to one-on-one meetings.

When she’s not in the office, Jen enjoys listening to podcasts, home improvement projects and spending time with her husband, Nick, daughters, Emma and Charlotte, and her crazy goldendoodle, Lucy.
