With more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, Chris Skelton has matched hundreds of prospective homeowners and individuals seeking financing with the right borrowing solution for their specific needs.

Chris specializes in helping investors, homeowners and homebuyers use their wealth to secure the cash they need for large purchases, like a new home or a business, and renovation and remodeling projects for an existing home. His experience as a banking executive has allowed him to develop a broad and deep knowledge of the banking and real estate credit markets to help you and your financial advisor identify the right kind of financing that best complements your life and your long-term financial goals.

Chris began his career in financial services in 2003 at National City Bank, later PNC Bank. He worked there for eight years as a branch manager and a small business development officer. In 2010, he joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a regional banking director serving advisors and their clients throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. He joined Raymond James Bank in 2015.

Born in Dallas, Texas, Chris moved to the Louisville, Kentucky area as a youth. He received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Kentucky and his MBA with a focus in finance and healthcare management from the University of Louisville. He is an alumni advisor and executive officer with the University of Louisville MBA Association.

Chris enjoys playing golf, playing and coaching soccer and basketball, and spending time with his wife, Gina, and their two sons, Caleb and Jack. He is a member of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville and a head soccer coach for the Oldham Soccer Club.
