Laura Folwell

Laura Folwell blends together two decades of administrative management, customer care and corporate training experience to help companies drive operational efficiency, service quality and high-performance environments.

Before joining Woodforest Advisors, Laura served as director of administration for a concierge logistics leader and trusted service provider for multiple luxury hospitality brands. Her responsibilities covered a broad range of organizational initiatives from human resources and talent development to employee communications and workflow process improvements. Prior to that, Laura led the development, rollout and evaluation of customer service training programs for an American Express Rewards call center partner.

In addition to her work in the private sector, Laura spent nearly 15 years as an elementary school teacher. Despite having left the public classroom, her passion for community involvement continues and she actively supports several area nonprofits including Interfaith of the Woodlands, the Woodlands Charities, Inc., Inspiration Ranch and the Denim & Diamonds Gala Committee.¹

A native Texan, Laura has been a resident of The Woodlands for 23 years. She and her husband, Ron, are avid travelers and always looking forward to the next island getaway with their daughter.
