Janice began her financial services career in 2000 at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and its predecessor firms, where she partnered with her husband, Albert Ray III, and joined Raymond James in 2011.

After graduating from Kent State University, Janice launched her career in the defense industry at Babcock and Wilcox, specializing in information systems. Today, she focuses on investment portfolio design, research and implementation, portfolio trading and the development of client investment policy statements.

Janice holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as a Florida Insurance License for Life, Health & Variable Annuity. She is an active member of several organizations, including the Foundation for Economic Education, The Heritage Foundation, the National Association of Professional Women and alumni associations for Kent State University and Delta Gamma.

Outside of work, Janice enjoys sports, coaching youth swimming and reading. She and Al live in Ocala, Florida, near their two children and their families.
