Spencer loves the financial services industry because of the meaningful and lasting relationships she forges with clients as they navigate the various seasons of life. From a young age, Spencer was profoundly influenced by her father’s dedication to his own career. She saw firsthand the joy and fulfillment he derived from helping others achieve their financial goals, and this sense of purpose left a lasting impression on her. Spencer knew early on that she wanted to make a similar impact, guiding clients through life’s financial complexities with care and expertise.

Spencer graduated from Virginia Tech with degrees in Political Science and Public Relations, companied by a minor in Economics. After graduating, Spencer gained experience at two other financial firms, where she honed her ability to meet clients' needs and developed a deep understanding of the industry. These experiences ultimately led her to join the Z3 Team in late 2020, where she found a workplace that aligned with her values and professional aspirations.

In her role as a client service representative, Spencer is committed to providing exceptional support to clients. She takes pride in handling a wide range of responsibilities, from managing account maintenance and generating detailed reports to facilitating transactions and addressing various administrative tasks. Spencer approaches each task with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine desire to make the client experience as smooth and positive as possible.

Outside of her professional life, Spencer is married to her husband Austin, and together they are the proud parents of a baby boy named Ethan. Their family also includes a beloved dog named Hobie, who is a constant companion and frequent greeter at the Z3 office. She enjoys spending time on the beach, attending concerts, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
