Manager of Client Services
Suzanne Robertson, CFP®, is manager of client services and a financial advisor with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC. She has been with the group since 1998 and has more than 17 years of experience in equities and financial services. As manager of client services, Suzanne is responsible for coordinating the details of all aspects of client service, brokerage transactions, technology, compliance and communications process flows. She is particularly concerned with applying her service style and attention to detail toward proactively addressing mistake avoidance, wealth enhancement and the ever-changing tax environment.
Working directly with Gary Zaugg, Suzanne helps to develop and coordinate client financial plans and implement appropriate investment strategies in accordance with our mission: To help create and invest the wealth of our clients with the highest level of professional integrity, due diligence and proactive consideration of their changing financial needs and goals.
As an RJFS financial advisor, Suzanne is licensed in numerous states, allowing her to communicate with our geographically diverse client base. She has completed coursework at the University of Southern California and California State University, Chico, where she majored in accounting with a concentration in finance. In 2006, Suzanne obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification through the College for Financial Planning in Denver. She also holds Series 7 (General Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Administrators Association) and 65 (Uniform Investment Advisors Law) securities licenses and is an authorized Virginia notary public.
Outside of work, Suzanne is an accomplished artist and ran her own art and design business in California for five years. In the community, she is a volunteer for various charities, having served on various boards of directors.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner™, and in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.
