Malinda is the Vice President of Navancer Group, the employer benefits division of our office. She specializes in the design, implementation, and administration of employer health benefit plans which encompasses medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability plans, and group life insurance benefits. Navancer Group retains a diverse portfolio of both large and small companies. Navancer Group’s employers look to Malinda as their primary contact for all needs and issues related to their plans.

With more than fifteen years of experience in the field Malinda understands the importance of excellent service. Her goal is to build strong relationships with each client and to work closely with them to increase both the efficiency and the effectiveness of their benefit plans.

Malinda is a 1993 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Prior to joining our office she enjoyed a successful career in interior design and decorating as president of her own firm.

She enjoys world-wide travel, entertaining at home, flying, and sailing, as well playing competitive tennis. Malinda lives in Sharon Center, Ohio with Robert and their West Highland White Terrier, Teagan.
