Carole works closely with Ken to provide timely, accurate and meaningful answers to our clients’ questions and makes sure their needs are always her first priority.

She has been working in the financial services industry since 1996, beginning with Roney & Co., where she supported back office operations and assisted the branch manager. She was twice awarded the Roney & Co. Employee of the Month STAR award, given to employees who provided exemplary customer service. After the 1999 merger with Raymond James, Carole took on the additional responsibility of branch technical liaison, earning Level 10 certification.

Carole holds Series 7 and 66 licenses and graduated from Kalamazoo Valley Community College with an administrative assistant certificate.
