James Roble,

Jim has been in the investment business for more than 33 years serving his clients as a financial advisor. Jim has been with Raymond James since 2001 located in the Belleair/Largo office complex. He started his career with Juran & Moody in 1984 and accumulated 17 years of experience before transitioning his investment practice to Raymond James as Vice President, Investments.

Jim earned his Associates of Arts in 1982 from St. Petersburg College and his Bachelors of Business Administration from Stetson University in 1984. Jim has furthered his financial education by completing the Raymond James Financial Planning Series and also earning his Certified Financial Planner™ certification in 2004. Jim stays current in the financial and insurance environment by completing continuing education every year.

Jim and his wife, Mary, reside in Clearwater, FL since 1988 raising their three sons; Andrew, Mark, & Sam. Mary is the academy coordinator at Clearwater High School supervising the certification for educators and students. Andrew earned his undergraduate degree in History at Providence College and a MBA at Franklin Pierce College. He resides in the Boston, MA area working as a Revenue Integrity Supervisor for Boston Medical Center; Mark is a graduate from The George Washington University in Washington, DC majoring in Graphic Design and currently works for the obo.agency in Baltimore, MD; Sam is a senior at the University of Mississippi majoring in Criminal Justice and History.

Volunteering is very important to Jim as a way of giving back to the community. Currently, he is a driver for Meals on Wheels delivering meals to the homebound in Largo, and mentors in the Take Stock in Children program at Clearwater High School. He is also a member of the Innocence Project which helps exonerate wrongly convicted people, and Reporters Without Borders, an organization that promotes and defends freedom of information and speech worldwide.
