Another professional you can rely on. Amlen offers three decades of industry experience having worked more than 37 years at Raymond James. During her time with the firm, she has served as a wire operator, sales assistant, operations manager and received Branch Sales Assistant of the Year honors.
Amlen joined Laura in 2009. Today she enjoys using her experiences to provide a friendly service-oriented environment that we’re confident you’ll appreciate. Her broad knowledge provides a resource of information that you can turn to for answers and insight.
She was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, however Amlen considers New Orleans her home having lived there for 23 years. She has also lived in many other parts of the country including Seattle, Wichita, Houston, and Baton Rouge, where she attended LSU. A Port Charlotte resident for 38 years, she resides with her 2 dogs and a cat named Spec, having lost her late husband, Jay, in 2017. Amlen stays busy in the community by volunteering at St. Francis to help with animal rescue and feeding feral cats. You may also find her shopping in the local thrift stores as she looks for ‘shabby chic’ material.
