Michael Piazza,

Honest and reliable, Mike finds great fulfillment in developing lasting relationships with the families and individuals we serve and helping them to pursue their personal and financial objectives. He and David work closely together to review clients’ portfolios, making changes as needed to ensure their wealth management strategies remain aligned with their goals while mitigating as much risk as possible.

Mike began working with David in 2015 at Merrill Lynch before the team joined Raymond James in 2017. Before entering the financial services industry, he spent nearly seven years in professional baseball as a pitcher for both the Los Angeles Angels and Colorado Rockies organizations. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Institute of Technology and is a recipient of the Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM designation.

A Port Saint Lucie native, Mike serves on the board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County and, along with his family, is a member of Covenant Reformed Presbyterian Church.* In his spare time, you might find him golfing, fishing or traveling with his wife, Melissa, and their children, Macy and Michael.
