You have the right customized hardware. Everything’s been installed, configured and tested. You’re connected to the home office. All you need to know is how to make it work.

Education is available on everything from how to use a computer to how to use your email, PowerPoint® and Word® programs.

We also offer just-in-time (JIT) training modules – small “movies,” which can be played on your computer, that show how to perform a specific task or solve a problem, such as how to use Internet Explorer, RJnet, Internet mail, Reuters Plus or Advisor Access.

In addition, we offer e-learning – Raymond James’ online virtual classroom delivered via the Internet. Classes include real-time application sharing and two-way audio. There are both “live” and pre-recorded classes. View example
