Jenifer Heberger Office Manager

Jenifer manages the operational side of our office, which involves everything from bookkeeping and office maintenance to answering phones and ordering supplies.

Jenifer is always ready and willing to address and resolve any questions, concerns or requests our clients have. “I want them to be comfortable with coming to me and not feel like they are being a bother,” Jenifer says. “I think they appreciate that we will try very hard to find answers or solutions to whatever issues they may have.”

Clients appreciate her friendly attitude and attention to detail. She wants them to know that she and the team genuinely care about them and their family, and to feel confident in knowing that their financial matters are in good hands.

Jenifer moved to Raymond James with the team in 2019 from Wells Fargo Advisors, where she was an operations clerk. She has a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from Cal State-San Bernardino.

Jenifer is originally from Riverside, California, and now lives in Pasadena with her husband, Austin (who she works with). She has three children, Mason, Christian and Hayden. Together with Austin’s three children, Austin Jr., Aidan and Alec, it makes for quite a big, blended family. In her free time, Jenifer enjoys golfing and traveling.
