Katie strives for excellence in serving her clients and assisting her team on a daily basis. She takes care of administrative needs and assists clients with any questions or requests they may have in a timely and efficient manner.
Katie enjoys fostering close relationships with the families and individuals she serves, helping to ensure that they receive a high level of attention and support.
She also manages a wide range of administrative matters, from account maintenance and service requests to client communications. Empathetic and detail-oriented, her goal is to always make functions at her practice easy and effortless.
Before joining Hefren-Tillotson in November 2017, Katie was a case manager specialist at AIG Financial Network.
Katie is originally from Fombell, Pennsylvania, and now lives in Slippery Rock with her husband, Kevin, and children, Emma, Abby and Garrett. When not in the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
