After 20 years of serving in the hospitality industry, Rick decided to pursue a life-long dream of a career in the financial services industry.  He recognizes that this is much more than just selling stocks, bonds and mutual funds.  It’s about helping people plan for all aspects of life and helping them understand the investment process.  He knows he made the right decision.

Education

A native of San Angelo, he graduated from Central High School in 1987, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Angelo State University.  He holds a Series 7 and Series 66 investment license, as well as a State of Texas Insurance License

Professional Experience

Rick has been in the financial services industry since 2008.  He joined First Financial Investment Advisors in July 2011.

More About Rick

He married his wife, Laura, in 1990.  They have two children who are currently attending college. Rick is a member of Glen Meadows Baptist Church where he serves in various capacities.  He is also a member of the San Angelo Downtown Kiwanis Club where he has served on the board, on various committees and as Chairman of the Funds Distribution Committee.  He also volunteers each week as a driver for Meals for the Elderly.
