Featured at the Top: Moment of Recognition

This past week, I had the opportunity to attend the Forbes | SHOOK Top Women Advisor Summit in Palm Beach. It was one of those experiences that makes you pause, take a deep breath, and feel genuinely grateful, not just for the invitation, but for the journey that led there.

The summit brought together an incredible group of women from across the financial industry—leaders, innovators, and trailblazers—each with a unique story and perspective. The conversations were thoughtful, the energy was inspiring, and yes, the coffee was strong (thankfully).

One of the more lighthearted highlights? Getting to pose for a faux Forbes magazine cover. I’ll admit, it’s not every day you see your face on a magazine, even if it’s just for fun. I couldn’t help but laugh and think, “Well, this is definitely going on the office wall.”

But behind the fun and the photo ops, there’s something much deeper I want to acknowledge.

I was invited to this summit because I was named to the Forbes Best-in-State Women Advisors list, an honor I don’t take lightly. And while I’m proud of that recognition, I know it wouldn’t have been possible without the people who have trusted me along the way.

To every client we’ve had the privilege to work with: thank you. Thank you for giving us a chance. Thank you for trusting in us. Thank you for allowing me to do work that is meaningful, challenging, and deeply rewarding. Your confidence and partnership are what make moments like this possible.

This summit reminded me that success isn’t just about numbers or accolades. It’s about relationships, resilience, and showing up every day with the intention to serve others well. I’m walking away from this experience feeling inspired, recharged, and more committed than ever to continuing that work.

And yes, I’m still smiling about that magazine cover.
