Carol Sue joined Raymond James in 1988 after years with J.C. Bradford and Co. She is a graduate of Rhodes College and received a degree in French. She also is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

She served for 25 years as Branch Manager of the Jackson, TN branch of Morgan Keegan/Raymond James and was previously a teacher and administrator at Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis, TN. She studied 16 years as a classical pianist. Carol Sue is an elder of First Presbyterian Church in Jackson where she has also served as treasurer. Additionally, she is a board member of the Regional Interfaith Association. While she is a native Memphian, she has lived in Jackson for 27 years and has one daughter and two grandchildren. When not in the office, she enjoys music, gardening, travel, and her family.
