Field Norris

As complex manager, Field is focused on the overall growth of Raymond James Memphis. He stays in touch with the needs of financial advisors by continuing to provide investment management advice and services to families, endowments, foundations and institutions throughout the United States.

Field began his career in the financial services industry in 2006 at Morgan Keegan, which became part of Raymond James in 2012. A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in finance and real estate, he also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation. After founding a successful financial advisory practice, Field spent eight years building a unique financial advisor training complex in the national footprint of Raymond James.

An engaged community leader, Field has completed the Leadership Academy Fellows program and served on the boards of the Phoenix Club and Dixon Gallery & Gardens (ex-officio). Field is a weekend farmer with interests in North Mississippi and Northeastern Arkansas. He serves on the vestry at St. Andrew's Church and the board of The Collective Blueprint. Field, his wife, Ellie, and their two adventurous children live in Collierville.
