Tom Lutz grew up in Reading, PA and still lives in the area with his wife Ellen. He graduated from
Alvernia University with a Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management in 2003.

Tom began his career in finance in 2001 as an intern at Smith Barney in Wyomissing. In 2005 he became a financial advisor with the same firm. He founded a branch with three of his peers in 2009 and partnered with Raymond James Financial Services as a Branch Manager, and opened an office in Reading, PA.

In 2013 Tom earned the designation of Chartered Financial Consultant ®. In
addition, he holds the following licenses:

• Series 7 General Securities Representative
• Series 9 and 10 General Securities and Options Sales Supervisor
• Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination
• Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination
• Registered agent for Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance

Tom currently is licensed and has clients in twelve US States.
