Tisha Hill,

Tisha joined Raymond James & Associates in May, 2010 after extensive experience in the financial services industry dating back to 1995. Tisha began her career at Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney) where she obtained her Series-7 and Series-63 licenses. She later obtained the industry designation of Wealth Management Specialist (WMS) as well as her Life, Health and Variable Annuity license, the Series 9/10 Branch Manager license and most recently, the Series-66 and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®). She was instrumental in opening a Raymond James Financial Services office in 2003, where she worked as the Registered Office Manager for 7 years. Tisha is also a Florida-licensed Notary Public.

Tisha's passion is helping her clients create time and location independence. She does this by building a personal relationship with them to create a financial plan that leads to a path of financial wealth and freedom. Her expertise is working with real estate professionals to solve the industry-specific cash flow problem using her proprietary Clear2Close Wealth SystemTM.

Born in the Bronx and raised in Miami, FL, Tisha has called Palm Bay, FL home for most of her adult life. Tisha has two adult daughters Kodi, and Jami and a teenage daughter, Jordan. She enjoys going to the beach and being outdoors in general, as well as, working out at the gym.
