Susan Craigie Practice Coordinator

Providing clients with financial and investment guidance is more than a career for Susan, it’s her passion. When you meet her, her love of people is immediately evident. And she enjoys nothing more than helping clients avoid making decisions based on emotion rather than fact, and helping them manage their finances so they can be free to do the things in life that mean the most to them.

In 1984, Susan began her career as a financial advisor when she joined Wheat, First Union in Roanoke. In 2000 she went to work for Salomon, Smith Barney and worked there until 2001 when she joined Morgan Keegan, which is now part of Raymond James.

Susan grew up in Botetourt County and graduated from Radford University. Because of her upbringing, Susan says that the mountains of Virginia will always feel like home. Today, she lives in Richmond with her husband, Willson, who is also her partner in the business. In fact, because of the amount of time the couple spends together both in and out of the office, Susan says that people are surprised when they see the two apart!

Two special interests for Susan are The Michael J. Fox Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Association, because Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s have personally touched her family. Leisure interests include golf, cooking and collecting turn-of-the-century art glass (1900s) with Willson.
