Mike specializes in developing financial plans tailored to his clients’ needs and aspirations. Whether clients are building their wealth in the prime of their careers or preparing to enjoy life in retirement, Mike wants to help them achieve all of their financial goals. Honest and reasonable, Mike has always been drawn to working with people and learning their life stories. He relishes being able to work hand in hand with interesting individuals and families to help them pursue their goals. A student of the markets, Mike satisfies his fascination with financial markets and their history through his work in the investment services field. He’s also applied his knowledge to creating investment strategies tailored to retail clients.

In 2001, Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. A year after graduating, he began his career as a financial advisor at UBS Financial Services, where he stayed for 12 years. In 2014, Mike proudly joined Raymond James, a firm that helps him cultivate strong relationships with individuals and families through its dedication of putting clients and advisors first. Mike is grateful that Raymond James shares his commitment to providing clients the service and resources they need to focus on wealth management and planning.

Originally from New Orleans, Mike proudly remains in his beloved hometown. When he’s not at the office, you can find him enjoying his city’s live music scene by regularly attending shows. He’s also a licensed tour guide for the city of New Orleans and a member of the Swine Krewe, the 2018 and 2011 grand champions of the Hogs for the Cause barbeque contest, a fundraiser supporting families with children battling brain cancer. Mike is also on the emeritus alumni board of Isidore Newman School.
