Arturo joined Southside Investment Services in 2021 and serves as Vice President and Financial Advisor. He is dedicated to helping people develop financial and investment strategies that addresses their needs, pursues their goals, and aligns with their risk tolerance and time horizon. He specializes in planning for life events or life transitions, such as purchasing a home, changing jobs, retirement, or protecting loved ones and is passionate about helping his clients obtain financial freedom and being able to live the lives they envisioned.

Arturo graduated from the University of North Texas in Denton with a degree in Business Administration and began his career in the financial services industry in 1999. He holds the General Securities and Investment Adviser Representative registrations and is licensed in Life, Health, and Disability Insurance and Annuities. Before joining Southside Investment Services, Arturo worked with Waddell & Reed Financial as Managing Principal, TransAmerica Life as National Sales Director, and Raymond James Insurance Group as External Annuity Consultant.

Arturo was born and raised in Dallas, TX and from his experience growing up in an immigrant family, Arturo learned the value of helping others and the importance of planning and saving for the future. Arturo works extensively in the Hispanic community teaching financial literacy and volunteers with the American Diabetes Association*, a charity that educates the public on Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. He has also involved his daughters in volunteering for Habitat for Humanity*, teaching them the value of helping others in need.

Arturo enjoys spending time with his daughters, Alexa & Alyssa, and watching them perform cheerleading and designing beautiful art - both paint and graphic design. In his spare time, Arturo enjoys playing golf, exercising, and completing small home projects.
