Over the past 15 years, Kris has dedicated himself to consistently exceeding the expectations of the clients he serves. Kris earned his bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Babson College in Massachusetts. After graduating in 2000, he joined Smith Barney as a financial advisor to support and develop Don d'Adesky's growing international business. With his team, Kris transitioned to Raymond James in 2015.
Born in Miami and raised in Haiti until the age of eighteen, Kris now makes his home in Parkland with his wife, Pascale, and their daughters, Lara, Alyssa, Sofia and Ava. In his free time, Kris enjoys snow-skiing, boating, traveling and playing tennis. He is also active in various Haiti-focused charities.
Each year On Wall Street ranks the highest-producing advisers in wealth management who are under 40. Several hundred candidates were considered and 25 were chosen to receive the award. Finalists had to be no older than 39 years old as of Dec. 31, 2017 and be employed at the wirehouses, regional broker-dealers, or boutique wealth management firms. Trailing 12-month production as of 9/30/17 is then used to compile the ranking. AUM may also be taken into account. Points are obtained through production, assets under management, net new assets and credentials. The Forbes ranking of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria and quantitative data. Those advisors who are considered have a minimum of seven years of experience, and the algorithm weighs factors like revenue trends, AUM, compliance records, industry experience and those who encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients. Portfolio performance is not a criteria due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Out of 29,334 advisors nominated by their firms, 3,477 received the award. This ranking is based upon the period from 6/30/2017 to 6/30/2018 and was released on 2/20/2019.
