Earlier in his career, he also held positions at T. Rowe Price and The New York Times. He earned a bachelor’s degree in government from the College of William & Mary.

Kevin is a native New Yorker and long-time Maryland resident and lives in Towson with his wife, Grace, and five children. Active in the community, Kevin finds fulfillment in serving as a volunteer at one of his favorite charitable organizations, the Maryland Food Bank. When not helping others, he enjoys the game of golf.
