Gary joined Raymond James in 2001 and is a member of the prestigious Raymond James Chairman’s Council, a privilege limited to a select few.* Earlier in his career, he served as a senior vice president and board member at J.B. Hanauer & Co.
Gary’s father was a businessman who had a good understanding of the markets, which inspired Gary to pursue a career in business and investments. He attended the University of Tampa and earned a bachelor’s degree in business, and went on to complete a Securities Industry Association advanced course of study at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Gary grew up in New York, but has lived in Tampa since college. In his free time, he enjoys playing softball, racquetball and golf, and spending time with his wife, Laura, and their children, Hannah and Cory. The family looks forward to their summer vacation in Maine every year. Gary serves as a board member of the American Red Cross, and is a past board member of Tampa Jewish Family Services.
