Although my title is a Customer Service Assistant, I like to think of myself as a relationship builder and troubleshooter. I’m often the first point of contact answering phones and welcoming people to our office. My goal is to make sure everything runs smoothly and our customers have an outstanding experience. I’ve been in customer service more than 20 years and love getting to know people and making sure they have the best experience possible.

My husband and I live in Algoma with our three young children. We enjoy our family time outdoors, four-wheeling and participating in family-centered entertainment like The Farm and Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary.
