Tricia O’Neil is highly skilled and experienced in creating custom investment strategies and portfolios for high net worth families. She works closely with Robert Richardson to turn the financial plans he creates into personalized investment portfolios aligned with each client’s goals, timeline and risk tolerance.

Tricia also considers her time spent talking with our clients as an important part of her day. She is there to answer any questions they may have so they can feel confident about their current situation and financial future.

She wants them to know that they are being well cared for by a professional with more than 30 years of financial industry experience and a depth of knowledge that enables her to provide dedicated and competent advice and guidance.

Tricia holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation, one of the world’s most respected and recognized investment credentials. It required years of hard work and diligent study to achieve, and is an ideal example of her dedication to ethical and exemplary work.

Tricia began her career in the financial industry in 1992 at U.S. Trust/Campbell, Cowperthwaite. She worked as a junior financial analyst for four years, where she learned to effectively implement portfolio strategy. In 1997, her business acumen and dedication to clients earned her a position with The Providence Group, which became BNY Mellon, serving as a vice president and portfolio manager. Prior to joining Raymond James, Tricia spent eight years at Morgan Stanley.

In her free time, Tricia enjoys reading, spending time with her family, researching genealogy, and watching the Buffalo Bills.

Tricia is currently the Treasurer of RISE – Rhode Islanders Sponsoring Education and a member of the Foundation Board of Trustees for Bradley Hospital.
