With over 24 years of experience in financial services, including 15 as an advisor, Scott delivers holistic client service rooted in knowledgeable guidance. He knows clients are much more than just their portfolios. That’s why he takes the time to understand who they are – from their goals and aspirations to their fears and concerns – and develops clear, deliberate strategies designed to help them reach their objectives.

Caring and genuine, Scott’s mission is helping clients use their wealth to cultivate fulfilling, enriching lives rooted in financial independence. “Everything I do, I do with my clients’ best interests at heart,” says Scott.

In addition to having specialized experience serving retirees and clients who have been widowed, Scott is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM. The CRPC® designation is

awarded by the College for Financial Planning to advisors who meet ongoing educational requirements. As a CRPC® professional, Scott has in-depth knowledge of the needs clients face

both before and after retiring, allowing him to offer retirement planning for a variety of important issues. These include sources of retirement income, employer-sponsored retirement plans, tax planning, retirement cash flow, asset management, estate planning and more.

Scott was first attracted to the financial industry because he saw it as an opportunity to help others. In 2020, he continued advancing his career by joining Raymond James, a firm he admires for its innovative technology platform and inviting people-first culture.

Driven by his faith and passion for mentoring, Scott is very active in his community. He has spent several years as a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Board and serves as a high school baseball coach at Calvary Christian School, a role that allows him to encourage and challenge today’s youth.

Born in Lake Village, Arkansas, Scott has lived in Columbus, Georgia, since 1986. He makes his home with his beautiful wife, Sharina, and their two wonderful kids, Madison and Jesse, whom

he calls the greatest joys of his life.
