Thad is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and a graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Raymond James, Thad worked for The Vanguard Group from 2000-2005. Thad and his wife, Nancy live in Tampa, Florida and enjoy golfing, running, travelling and spending time with their 5 year old daughter Ella.
