Melissa is a Senior Client Service Associate who is deeply committed to creating the best experience for all clients. She has an extensive background in client facing roles including over 15 years of retail sales management and customer service. Melissa joined the Raymond James team in 2017. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Melissa’s mindset is to go above and beyond for the client.

Melissa is currently on the STEER program community group of Raymond James in which she looks to excel and continue to grow in this role. She also attended the regional conference for Raymond James associates in 2022. Melissa leads the Cathedral High School basketball booster association and is an active member of St. Patrick’s Elementary School PTA.

Melissa is a native El Pasoan and recently returned to El Paso after living in Albuquerque, NM for 6 years with her husband, Robert, and two children, Diego and Cassandra. Diego is about to begin his senior year in high school and Cassandra second grade. Upon her return to El Paso, she began her career in the financial services industry.

Family is Melissa’s favorite pastime and she spends much of her free time cheering on her kids in all of their sporting events and volunteering in their school and activities. In her free time, Melissa enjoys camping, traveling, working out, and reading.
