A native of Hutchinson, Corey is joining Raymond James after a career as a network engineer that spanned over two decades. His work in engineering took him to live in Minnesota, the Netherlands, San Antonio, and six years of living with U.S. deployed forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Corey designed and maintained intercontinental voice/video/data networks in each of those locations, on systems that included Top Secret information.

The time Corey spent directly supporting American forces in the Middle East warzones brought him to the realization that he was skilled at, and thoroughly enjoyed having a positive impact on people's lives.

Corey is licensed in securities and advisory services (series 7, 66 and 9/10) in 15 different states and holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ (AAMS^®) designation. He is also licensed to offer life and long term care insurance, as well as annuities. He continues to grow and learn through seminars, additional accreditations and a stack of books on his nightstand. The financial services Corey offers are broad in scope, but he takes special pride in helping people establish and reach realistic goals.

During his personal time, Corey enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors and has recently retired after a 31-year career with the USAF and MN Air National Guard. He is also a member of Holy Trinity church of Winsted, where his son attends school.
