Carmela joined IronRidge Wealth Management Group in January 2022 as a Registered Client Sales Associate. Prior to joining IronRidge, she worked at Morgan Stanley for 10 years as a Complex Risk Officer, partnering with Financial Advisors to help them reduce portfolio risk, mitigate volatility, and deliver positive client outcomes. She has worked in financial services for 30 years and holds the Series 7, 63, 66, 9, and 10 licenses.

As a Registered Client Sales Associate for Michael Stefani, George Cuevas and Francis Dunn, her primary objective is to provide prompt, client centric service. She assists the partners in all aspects of their business and plays a key role in account opening, ongoing account maintenance, and other operational duties.

Carmela is a native of New Jersey. She is married and resides in Summit with her husband, Bob, and their daughter, Olivia. She is a true animal lover, and partnered with her daughter to start a pet walking and sitting service called PawPrintsbyOlivia. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and sharing her passion for cooking with family and friends.
