Alex joined our practice as a partner in 2004. In 2009, he co‐founded Kairos Wealth Advisors of Raymond James. 

Alex  earned his  Bachelor of Business Administration,  Summa Cum  Laude, from  Loyola University Maryland. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.  

On  six  occasions,  Alex  was  named as  one of  Financial  Planning’s  Top 25  Regional Advisors Under 40.  From 2017 – 2021, he was selected by Forbes as a Top Next‐Generation Wealth Advisor.  In 2021 and 2022, Forbes named Alex a  Best‐In‐State Wealth Advisor.   Alex is a member of Raymond James’ Chairman’s Council.

In the spirit of serving others, Alex is Chair of Carroll Hospital  Foundation's Board of Trustees and volunteers on the Board of Directors of Carroll Hospital Center.   Likewise, he is a Director at Carroll  Lutheran School. He previously served more than 12 years as a Director and Officer at each of Carroll County Youth Service Bureau and Mount Union Lutheran Church. 

Alex is passionate about family, physical fitness, Christian apologetics and acoustic guitar.  He and his wife, Cindy, live  just  outside of  Westminster  with  their four  energetic kiddos—Charlie, Lydia, Evelynn and Henry.

Over 400 candidates were considered and 40 were chosen to receive the each list: the Top 40 Advisors Under 40 and the Top 40 Regional Advisors Under 40.
