Iris is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist^℠ and has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her areas of expertise include insurance, estate planning issues, Social Security/Medicare, and longevity and long term care planning.

The multifaceted roles she fills on our team include financial advisor with RJFS, insurance professional, client relationship manager, and Chief Financial Officer of Legacy Financial Group.

Our clients find Iris easy to talk to and feel comfortable asking their questions. She is dedicated to helping them with their ongoing planning needs and educating them to increase their knowledge of all financial matters.

Before joining Raymond James in 2009, Iris was a financial advisor at Legg Mason and a Vice President of Morgan Stanley in Williamsburg. She holds Series 6, 7, 63, 66, life, health and variable annuity licenses.

Iris earned a bachelor's degree from Union College and the professional designation of Accredited Asset Management Specialist^℠ from The College for Financial Planning, as well as the designation of Financial Planning Specialist from Citi Smith Barney.

Iris has been active in community causes and organizations throughout her life. She is a past board member and secretary for the Virginia Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she was named the chapter's Woman of the Year. She continues to do advocacy work for the organization. She is a co-founder and past board member of Business Leaders of Williamsburg and has served on the Development Committee with Literacy For Life at the Rita Welsh Adult Learning Center. She currently serves on the finance committee for The Williamsburg Community Foundation and is a member of their Ambassadors program.

Originally from Westchester County, New York, Iris has called Williamsburg home for over 26 years. She has two grown sons, Alex and Scott and an adorable granddaughter. When not busy helping clients, Iris enjoys travel, cooking, exercise, reading, and spoiling her four dogs, Suzie, Chester, Benny & Lollipop.
