Jess has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She started the business in 2007 at AG Edwards/Wachovia Securities as an operations specialist, helping advisors and Client Service Associates in the complex. Jess has been working as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate for the past ten years, relishing getting to know clients as individuals and enjoying every aspect of the client service portion of the job.

Jess lives in Louisville with her husband Adam, their son Henry and dog Coal. They love experiencing all that Louisville has to offer including the Zoo, Science Center, and the amazing restaurants.
