Monica Baldwin joined Raymond James in 2003 and has more than 30 years' experience in the financial industry. Monica has achieved membership in the Raymond James Leaders Council* for the third consecutive year. Previously she was a member of the Raymond James Executive council for 13 consecutive years.

Monica and her husband, Bill, having relocated from Dunlap, Iowa in 1984, now live near Longmont. They have 2 adult children — Nick and Meghan.

Monica is very active in the community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Longmont Community Foundation as well as their Investment Committee. Monica was a Charter Member of the Rotary Club of Mead and has served two terms as Rotary President. She was on the Guardian Angels Finance Council and is on the Capital Campaign Committee. She has also served on the Board of Directors of Longmont United Hospital. Besides giving of her time and talent to the surrounding communities, Monica enjoys reaching out to others and helping in whatever way she can.
