Michael began his career in 1991 to help clients understand and meet their financial needs. He applies his understanding and experience to assist and guide his friends and clients to achieve a level of financial well-being and peace of mind.

In addition to advising a select group of families, Michael has and does serve in leadership roles, helping other advisors have a positive impact on their clients as well, currently heading Raymond James for the state of Alabama.

Michael joined Morgan Keegan in 2005 and served as branch manager and South-Central regional manager, subsequently joining Raymond James with the firm's 2012 acquisition. Previously, Michael served as a financial consultant at Merrill Lynch in Gulfport, Mississippi; senior vice president, trust & investments for First Commerce Corporation in New Orleans; and branch manager, complex manager, and regional manager at Legg Mason in Jackson, Mississippi.

He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. Originally from Gulfport, Mississippi, Michael lives in Birmingham with his wife, Kelly. They have three children, Tyler, Trevor, Gabrielle and a granddaughter, Elle. In his free time, Michael enjoys hunting, fishing, and sailing.
