Norm finds great reward in the opportunity to work at one's passion – something he has been doing for the last 31 years. He is dedicated to being a constant student of the markets and a committed partner to his clients.

Norm became a member of the Florida State Bar Association in 1966 and practiced law for several years before branching into investing. Over the course of his financial services career, he held positions with Thompson McKinnon, Robinson Humphrey, Alex Brown and Sons, Prudential Securities and Alexander Key (a division of SunTrust Investment Services) before he and his partner, Patty Otterson, came to Raymond James in 2009.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne Law School.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Norm now lives in Jacksonville with his wife, Janet. He is actively involved with the American Heart Association and the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra. Beyond career and community, Norm enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his three wonderful grandchildren, Erica, Abby and David.
