Bob is a Mansfield-based financial advisor and managing partner at Platinum Family Wealth. “I help families plan for the future, invest their money, and manage their wealth.” Bob is a registered fiduciary. “That means your financial plan and my investment recommendations are based exclusively on your situation and goals. As a fiduciary, your interests are placed ahead of my own when providing professional services.”

Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering at the University of Dayton Class of 85 (go Flyers!). During the late nineties, Bob earned his MBA at Ashland University taking night classes in the AU executive masters program.

Back in 1985, Bob started his professional career with Sprint Corporation right here in Mansfield. While at Sprint, Bob worked with some of our nation’s leading mobile internet technology professionals in positions of leadership in business sales, engineering, and operations. Now as a Financial Advisor, Bob is realizing his lifelong dream of helping his clients achieve their financial goals. “I’ve been a lifelong student of the financial markets, and I’ve always been interested in helping friends and family with their investments.”

After six years at Merrill Lynch as a senior financial advisor, Bob co-founded Platinum Family Wealth in the fall of 2020. Along with his partner advisors Rick Sjostedt and Brian Robertson, Bob set up the Platinum Family Wealth offices in Mansfield’s historical carousel district.

As a managing partner, Bob is responsible for new business development, client wealth planning, and client investments.

A lifetime NFL season ticket holder, Bob also enjoys all forms of racquet sports, golf, boating and cycling. Bob is a third degree member of The Knights of Columbus and serves as a board member on St. Peter’s Monsignor Dunn Foundation.

Bob and Gigi (Togliatti) are approaching three decades of marriage and they’re the proud parents of 3 twenty-something kids (Daniel, Brady and Lucia).
