Lea has been in the financial industry alongside her husband, Matt, since 1999. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science Secondary Education in Mathematics. She currently holds her series 7 and 63 licenses.

Her knowledge and experience within the office include accounting and ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory policies and procedures.

Over the years Lea has been very involved with the Perrysburg community. She dedicated years with the Way Library foundation and is a proud supporter and volunteer for numerous Perrysburg schools and community events.

Lea and her husband, Matt were married in 1992 years and have approached life as a team. They have two sons, Mitchel & Michael. Mitchel, a graduate of Colorado State University in Business Finance, joined the firm in 2019. Michael is studying Mechanical Engineering with a Math and Business Minor at Colorado State University.

In her spare time, she loves playing tennis, spending time with friends and family, hiking, reading, jogging and anything outdoors.
