Cindy M. Cook, CFP®, CRPC®, ChFC® Managing Director, Stately Wealth Management Wealth Advisor, RJFS

Using a goals-based approach, my team works with a select group of families and businesses in developing strategies to manage their wealth.

The services provided are aligned with the interests of our clients through fee-based advisory compensation and facilitate strategies that go beyond the single dimension of investments.

HOW THE TEAM WORKS: OUR PROCESS

  • Establish your objectives
  • Develop an appropriate strategy
  • Review progress toward goals

HOW THE TEAM CAN HELP: CREATE, GROW, PRESERVE and DISTRIBUTE WEALTH

  • Investment and cash flow management
  • Liability management
  • Asset allocation and diversification management
  • Tax exposure minimization
  • Insurance coordination: life, disability, long-term care, liability
  • Retirement account distribution
  • Estate and trust planning services

Given legislative and economic changes, most people agree that the complexities of managing their financial impact areas have greatly increased. Updating an overall strategy using the latest information is critical. That is why I focus on staying current in my field.

After earning the widely recognized Certified Financial Planner certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. in 2005, I expanded my knowledge by earning the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation in 2008, and the

Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor ™ designation in 2010. Ongoing continuing education is required to maintain these designations. As of August 2021, less than 1% of all Raymond James financial advisors hold this combination of these 3 credentials.

After receiving a doctorate in Chemistry at Indiana University, I returned to my home state in 1998 to work in the financial services industry.

WHY THE TEAM DOES THIS WORK: IT'S OUR PASSION

  • Our clients entrust their financial future with us.
  • Our training allows us to accept this responsibility.
  • Our personal integrity; personal reputation; and heartfelt care and concern for each client are what earn it.

Investing involves risk and you may incur a profit or loss regardless of strategy selected, including diversification and asset allocation.

Managed accounts are charged Advisory Fees in addition to internal fees of investment company products, and should be evaluated when determining the costs of a fee-based account. A list of additional considerations, as well as the fee schedule is available in the firms Form ADV (Part 2A) as well as the client agreement. Please ask your Advisor to provide.

Raymond James does not provide tax or accounting services.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner,  CFP Logo Flame Design and  CFP Logo Plaque Design in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
