Gregg Matsuura has 35 years of experience in both finance and real estate investments. 2024 marks 25 years of experience as a financial advisor. Mr. Matsuura has experience in providing guidance and counseling to defined benefit and 401(k) plans, for-profit and non-profit corporations and individuals. Prior to Raymond James, he was a financial advisor at UBS Financial Services and Smith Barney. Prior to his career as a financial advisor, he managed the development of Castle and Cooke's commercial real estate from 1992 to 1999.

Mr. Matsuura has a Master of Business Administration and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma society honors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii – Manoa. As a graduate of Iolani School, he credits much of his success to the hard work and ethics that he learned there.

Mr. Matsuura is a CIMA®, Certified Investment Management Analyst, a recognized professional designation which represents competency in investment management and adherence to high ethical standards. He also holds the CRPS®, Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist, designation. Individuals who hold the CRPS® designation have completed a course of study encompassing design, installation, maintenance and administration of retirement plans.

He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman for the St. Francis Healthcare Foundation of Hawaii because he believes in caring for and assisting people in need of healthcare in our community. He's a member at Waialae Country Club and is an avid boater and deep- sea fisherman.
