Toby was born and raised in Colorado. After marrying Rachael in 1999 and graduating from Colorado State University with a Master's Degree, he taught band and orchestra in the Colorado Public Schools. In 2008, Toby joined Raymond James Financial Services. Toby obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™ certification in 2011 and focuses his time on helping clients achieve their own unique goals by managing their assets, preserving their wealth, and building their financial legacies.

Rachael and Toby have 4 beautiful children, Katie, Tyler, Sarah, and Olivia and enjoy being the succession plan for the Delta Branch of Raymond James Financial Services.
