Kaitlyn launched her financial services career in 2019 with Bank of New York Mellon. Working as a compliance analyst, she soon became interested in a role that would be more meaningful and challenging. Kaitlyn also hoped to interact directly with clients who could benefit from her efforts.

She first found that role at Merrill Lynch in 2020, then joined Raymond James later the same year. As the reliable "point person" for clients, Kaitlyn focuses on handling their requests smoothly and efficiently – and connecting them with team members and specialists throughout the firm. With her strong commitment to accuracy and detail, she implements the group’s client service model and handles client-facing administrative functions with the personal care she would show a friend or family member.

Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Currently, she is enrolled in a Master of Science program in financial crime and compliance management at Utica College. Before moving to Union City, New Jersey, she interned and volunteered in Utica at Family Court and State Supreme Court – helping kids who found themselves in unfortunate situations through no fault of their own.
