She is always eager to help the individuals and families our team serves. She makes it her goal to help clients understand their money is being well taken care of, and always endeavors to explain complex financial topics in a way that’s easy to understand.

Amy’s career in financial services began in 1985, at a savings and loan in Fremont, Ohio. Amy found her way through some job changes, with a credit union and a thrift, before she moved out of the banking arena and into the investment side of finance. Starting at Stifel Nicolaus in May 2002, Amy was able to put her customer service experience to work while she learned the complex nature of investing. Amy earned her Series 7 and 63 securities licenses while at Stifel, and after moving to Merrill Lynch with Dustin Ness in January 2010, Amy obtained her Series 65 license.

Growing up on the east side of Cleveland, Amy suffered from a little culture shock when she married Bob and relocated to Fremont, Ohio. Living in rural Clyde for over 30 years, Amy has adjusted to “country” life, planting herbs and vegetables that she enjoys using in her cooking. Amy enjoys spending time with her family. She and Bob have two adult children, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a dozen or so furry grandchildren. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, reading mystery novels, gardening, knitting, crocheting, sewing and singing. Losing her mother to leukemia spurred Amy to become a regular blood donor for the American Red Cross. Over the years, Amy has donated over six gallons of blood in honor of her mother.
