Marc Baquerizo is a California native who was born and raised in Southern California. He attended two of the top private schools in the nation, Mater Dei Catholic High school & the University of Southern California “USC”. Marc feels his extensive knowledge and experience of economics, finance, securities analysis, accounting, real estate, retirement planning & financial analysis give him the competitive edge when managing client assets at Raymond James Financial Services. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry as a licensed investment advisor and is currently a Principal, Branch Manager and Retirement Plans Consultant and is the President of his independent practice, The Wealth Management Financial Group Inc. The firm offers a full-service practice with a variety of products, investment strategies and asset management tools that are designed to achieve success.

In 2012, Marc and his beautiful wife Amy and their children moved from Southern California to Raleigh North Carolina to be closer to Amy’s family. A huge move, however, they couldn’t be happier with their new home and are enamored with the cities southern charm and all that North Carolina has to offer. Marc and his family are devout Christians and enjoy the pleasure of living in the bible belt. Marc has always had a love for sports, as a player, coach and as an instructor. His real passion is martial arts. He has been a martial artist for the majority of his life and he holds black belts in Judo, Hapkido and in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, 4th degree. He has successfully competed in world class martial art competitions competing against individuals from all over the world. He has also participated in self-defense training programs for police officers and military personnel.

Today, Marc continues to devote his time to his family, his practice, his church and his friends both old and new.
